What are your clothes made from?
Most of our items are made from 100% GOTS Certified Organic Cotton Knit. They are printed using water based ink
Where are your clothes made?
90% of our clothes are made locally in Australia. A small portion of our products are ethically made in China. We choose to have our products made both locally and overseas so that we can provide our customers with great quality products that are also affordable.Ā Ā
Why do you use organic fabric?
We believe that we should provide the best products for our babies skin that is also sustainable and safe for those creating the products. Organic fabric is soft and kind to babies skin. We use natural water based inks for the printing of our designs
How do I look after my products?
Our organic fabrics do require a little extra care to keep them looking their best. Wash in cold water on a gentle wash with gentle detergent. Where possible turn items inside out and place in a wash bag. Organic fabrics can fade during the washing process and these instructions will help keep them their best.Ā
What size does the 12M+ fit up to?
All of our organic headbands can fit up to adults, however we dont recommend sharing your babies headband with a parent as they can stretch.
I purchased a Madeleine Headband and it is too big/too small. what can i do?
OurĀ Madeleine headbands can be adjusted. Just loosen the knot and either pull the ends to make smallerĀ or pull the band to make larger. In most cases this will ensure a better fit.Ā
How do I retie my headband?

I noticed some fading with my products, why is that?
ļ»æWe are passionate about being as sustainable as we can, as such we use a printing process on our items that uses less water and chemicals. Due to this process fading may occur during the washing process. If you refer to the question about about how to care for your garments this will help to keep them at their best. This information is also on each listing and our swing tags.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide. There are 2 shipping options. Should you choose unregistered shipping we are unable to track your package. We cannot be held responsible should you choose this option and your parcel goes missing. International shipping fees do not include any customs or duties tax. Please check with your customs department to see if you need to pay any additional.
How Long will Shipping take?
We will post out items between 3 and 10 days. Within Australia regular post can take 1-4 business days. Internationally it can take between 10 and 15 business days. Please note Canada may take a lot longer to arrive and we have been advised that sometimes this can take 2 months.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Currently we have Free Shipping available within Australia for all orders over $120. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
How do I enter a discount code?
If you are on a mobile and trying to use a discount code head to checkout and click on Show order summary this will show what you have purchased and the spot to enter a gift card of discount code
I havent received my order. What should I do?
If you havent received your order and it is after the shipping terms stated above, please email us and we can look into it.
