When a new year starts I'm sure we all start thinking about what we would like to achieve for the coming year. It might be to bake more or spend more time with the family or it might be to get fit and healthy.
Lulu and Milly HQ are a buzz with all our new years goals. We have just spent 2 amazing days together planning our year, getting ready for our new collection and celebrating last year. We have set some amazing goals for our business and also set some goals for our personal lives aswell. It feels good to have a plan for the year and to work through it month by month. Personally we are both hoping to focus on our health and well being this year.
As mums we often find we put everything else before ourselves and our thoughts of finding more time to exercise or eat better falls by the wayside. We are exhausted by the end of the day and often just eat whatever is left on our kids plates! Mmm crusts and apple cores again!!
